Many of our products are handmade and may be customized according to customer preferences.

  • Personalized products are created based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before confirming their order.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, and product offerings at any time without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of successful payment or according to the agreed payment arrangement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delivery schedules may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of many of our products, customized and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless:

  • The item received is defective;

  • The item received is damaged upon arrival; or

  • The incorrect item was delivered.

Customers must notify us within a reasonable period after receiving their order and provide supporting photos or documentation when applicable.

Any approved refund, replacement, or exchange will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Event and Bracelet Bar Services

For bookings related to bracelet bar experiences, workshops, private events, weddings, and other services:

  • Event dates are considered reserved only upon receipt of the required deposit or payment.

  • Final guest counts, event details, and customization requests must be submitted within the agreed timeframe.

  • Additional charges may apply for requests made after final confirmation.

  • Specific booking, cancellation, and rescheduling terms may be provided separately and will form part of the service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product designs

  • Graphics

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Website content

  • Marketing materials
